Robotic Process Automation can dramatically increase organisational efficiency and reduce costs but which processes should be automated to deliver the most value? How will you set KPIs and measure ongoing bot performance to optimise your digital workers? What will your maintenance schedule entail?
The success of any automation or RPA solution relies on an in-depth understanding of both the technology and the organisation itself. Through our Programme Delivery process, we work hand-in-hand with you to integrate a customised long term solution.
Significant transformation within an organisation can be challenging and is often met with resistance. To maximise the success and return on investment of integrating process automation into your internal functions, leaders must be engaged, staff throughout the organisation involved, communication clear and consistent priorities set.
Drawing on our team’s experience in building and running Network and Security Operations Centres, we created a Bot Operations Centre to enable us to deliver around-the-clock support and rapid response peace of mind to our customers.
We run our “BOC” from the UK and India, ensuring geo-redundancy, global efficiencies and a follow-the-sun support capability. We aim to maintain the highest level of system and service up-time for the automations we support. Our teams consist of highly trained and project-experienced RPA developers and support engineers who provide proactive maintenance services, 24/7 support as standard and a range of tiered Service Level Agreement options, starting from 2 hr fix for the most critical environments.
We carefully integrate the latest in automated knowledge-base interactions and chatbot-enriched Customer Experience (CX) services with our human engineering experts, which means our customers receive excellent access to information and human support whenever they need.
Our offices and people span 3 continents and 5 countries and we embody the #FutureOfWork, working as a close-knit team, embracing modern collaboration and team-working to give our automation clients in healthcare and human services follow-the-sun support and 24/7 operational capability.
We setup our BOC after listening to our healthcare customers, who told us they didn’t just want to outsource the implementation of RPA projects and be left to manage the solution on their own once it had been implemented. Internal processes change over time, as organisations and teams adapt their ways of working. Our services are geared towards addressing this reality.
Our research showed that no RPA partner had the deep knowledge of the processes and software ecosystems deployed in the health sector required to understand wider system dependencies and avoid pitfalls. Our knowledge in the people and processes within the sector ensures focus moves away from technology and towards organisational impact.
We offer a number of health check packages that range from remote 1 day consultations through to 2 weeks spot consultations where one of our technical RPA consultants will visit your team onsite and carry out a detailed review of your current processes and systems. Our Digital Worker Health-checks are designed to provide you with an external audit of your systems and will result in a Digital Worker Grading Report, which will inform IT teams and Business Unit leaders on how well an implemented RPA solution is meeting its objectives.
Our team is able to carry out these reviews on systems that have been implemented by us or third parties. Where a solution has been implemented by Alphalake, we always recommend a Digital Worker Assessment is carried out 9-12 months after the initial implementation.
Assessments are offered on a fixed cost basis that aligns to a defined report scope being provided
Through specialist expertise in advanced digital technologies, our application design and development teams can work with organisations at any stage of the innovation process. Our focus is on self-learning digital health applications, IOT and data-driven solutions, working across healthcare, consumer health and life sciences to drive innovation into the heart of patient and customer care.
We assist with the delivery of innovative applications and processes through an engagement process that encompasses conceptualisation, UX/UI design, development, user testing and support. Our Digital Health Innovations Internship has been developed in line with our Health Hackathon, working with Universities, NHS England and local health organisations to drive fresh thinking into AI, RPA and IOT health transformation.
We flexibly work to any methodology including Agile, Waterfall, Kanban and Scrum, are comfortable using all code repositories and are experienced collaborating with client stakeholders in Trello, Slack, Jira, Asana and many more. We’ve developed IOS or Android apps and IOT meshes that are accessible via phones, watches or voice interfaces including DialogFlow, Alexa and Google.
Our solutions provide greater levels of data access through an approach that brings enriched UX to the front end whilst deploying RPA in the back end for better interoperability. We draw on Machine Learning to deliver self-learning, user-aware applications to serve up relevant, curated information quickly to working in, and receiving, healthcare.
